Hen or Roo? 9 Week old Olive Eggers

The rest of the gals I'm confident in, but these two are confounding me. My first batch I'm having to figure out!
I'm worried that their feathers are starting to look so pointy around the neck? But they are my only two olives and they look so similar I can't tell if they are both roo's or if thats just how they look.
Their combs aren't large or red, their legs look about the size of the other hens (and were never substantially larger). They act mostly like my girls, no fighting or bickering between them or the others aside from whats expected.

Thank you, the orange is Butters aka Butterfinger and the dark one is Snickers (lol, named by my partner).
Thank you for the reassurance. I love these two dearly and would have to lose them.
