Hen or roo and breed?

This is a 13 week old... something. I have a definite rooster from this assorted straight run batch, and 3 definite hens, but am not sure about this one. What is making me think roo in part is the THICKNESS of the legs and I am seeing a little arc to the tail feathers that is making me wonder.

Definitely a rooster.

Certainly a roo by the comb too. Not sure what type though
