hen or roo? golden laced wyandotte

Just got this golden laced wyandotte, not completely sure on age, but id say 9-12 weeks. Waddles are kind of big i thought, but not sure. I heard you can tell by the feathers on wyandottes. Anyone? Would love some opinions
