A Red Sex Link pullet would be predominantly red with a tiny bit of white and a Red Sex Link rooster would be the opposite, predominantly white with a little bit of red. By the pictures you posted yours is a rooster. If it were a pullet it would look like one of these pullets in the following picture..iggy the black one..that one was a roo.
