This was our Speckled Sussex rooster in the first photo (right) at almost exactly five weeks in comparison to our hen (left). He looks a lot like your two (especially the comb) and ours definitely turned out to be a roo. ☺️ The second photo is him now!
He also took a lot longer than the other girls to grow his feathers in.
(I'm also not sure if this is a perfect sign, but ours had white ears, whereas our hens had brown.🤷‍♀️)
