I have 6 but these two both look

Cockerels definitely. I have a 5 week old speckled sussex and her comb isn't that big or red.

This was our Speckled Sussex rooster in the first photo (right) at almost exactly five weeks in comparison to our hen (left). He looks a lot like your two (especially the comb) and ours definitely turned out to be a roo. The second photo is him now!
He also took a lot longer than the other girls to grow his feathers in.
(I'm also not sure if this is a perfect sign, but ours had white ears, whereas our hens had brown.)
