Big wings on day olds speckled Sussex chicks?

I picked up some day olds today, the lavender Sussex had been sexed and the two speckled not sexed. The wings are huge on the tiny speckled Sussex chicks, I know it's to early to tell but I have been after speckled Sussex chicks for over 2 years and these big wings sticking out are worrying me I can't keep roos.

I don’t think it has anything to do with male or female. But the chicks are probably more than a few days old.

That's feathers. This is no indication of sex. Could be if you have a raised a bunch of this breed that you could make sense out of things like this, but that is unlikely.

These feathers can start to grow In a day or two. They aren't much older than that.

This chick looks awful blonde and basic to be a SS. I've learned to take a chick's appearance with a grain of salt nowadays because hatcheries are all doing different things, but typically SS will have a chipmunk pattern - and I know they aren't autosexing.

My last SS was like this and turned out to be a roo, I'm in Australia and got them from a breeder. They do have semi chipmunk stripe but it's broken and one has more than the other
