Hen or Roo?

This buff was sold as a hen, but I think it looks like a rooster. I am new to chicken keeping, so I could easily be wrong, I just want to verifiy. Please help!

Yes, I will take a better pic in a few. Idk age, but it is very large. Haven't heard any crowing, but it looked more male to me.

It looks like a hen. If it has saddle feathers near the base of the tail feathers it's a roo.

Thank you! I am hoping she is a hen and that she will be laying soon. None of mine are old enough yet and I am super anxious to get eggs!
