At 7 weeks you are looking at comb/wattle(the latter not so much for this bird as bearding represses wattling) development and plumage pattern. Gender differentiated feathers at the saddle and hackle don't develop for several more weeks. The pattern on this bird and the comb development are that of a pullet as the dark red is on the entire body and not just the wing bows
