Hen or Roo??

We got 4 White Leghorns from a guy who I think may be even more “green” then we are... and let me tell ya friends that is pretty darn green!! Lol He said all of these are hens but the one is either the most scraggly hen I have ever seen or it’s a young cockerel!! Lol What do you think?

We don’t know him and he didn’t seem, how shall we say it, hmmm... the most honest fella around the coop!! Lol We got four of the Leghorns from him but two are laying and the others aren’t and he said they were all currently laying hens. I agree with you that the two prodominantly pictured here look a whole lot like roosters to me and like I said, I am so new to this it’s crazy but those even look like roosters to me!! Lol

The only one that could maybe be a cockerel is the one sitting on the roost next to the bird with the frayed tail. It's comb is large and doesn't look to flop over. All of the rest are female.
