Hen or roo?

So mid-August but were a bit older, so maybe 10-11 weeks or so? The one looks like a for sure cockerel to me, but I was thinking you may need to keep an eye on your other one too. :idunno My Lavender Orpingtons drove me crazy though, lol.
I know me too one of my buffs looked the same and turned out to be a girl ugh thank you :)
 
You were correct! Unless they're really closer to 12-16 weeks it's too early for male feathering. Comb and wattle development/color are really the best bet for trying to sex before then. I had to wait for an egg or a crow on one of my Lavenders, she has awful shredded feathers. She did lay an egg though!
I was going with comb and waddle but yeah you right on the feathers
