Hen or roo

Can anyone help me determine if my 3month old fluffbutts are hens or roos? I keep going back and forth and they keep confusing me.

At this point they all appear to be pullets. The chicken in the third picture appears to have a single or modified pea comb. Are these Silkies pure?

Yes both parents are silkies for all 3 chicks. I originally had 1 blue hen, 1 brown hen and a white roo. And the three in question are their chicks
