The tan one is very iffy, but I'm thinking male. The barred rock is definitely a cockerel.

Is my Easter Egger a rooster? The local feed store will exchange a cockerel for a pullet, so I’m trying to figure this out ASAP while they still have them in stock. Thanks!

You should probably make your own thread and provide age of the bird in question. That being said yes it does appear to be a cockerel
