Hen or roo?

Got a couple naked necks and a couple phoenix. I circled what i think they are, but need help. Yellow is hen. Blue is roo. So my question is hen or roo?

I agree with your opinion. All yellow circles look like pullets due to having a smaller, yellowish comb.
