The Black is a 4 week Frizzle and the red is a 3 week Rhode Island Red.

Sorry, but they are both too young to be sexed accurately. Give them a few weeks (esp the Frizzle) and check back with new pics

The frizzle has obvious red wattles and at 4 weeks, I would say cockerel. The RIR, I’m not sure about.
