Hen or roo?

My girls are 17 weeks now and one, Goldie, is sporting a much more red and pronounced comb/waddle. This week she found her very loud voice, no crowing, but a lot of talking. No one has laid eggs yet so we’re still wondering what she is. What do you guys think?

She looks like a point of lay Pullet to me. My pullets start to growl quite a bit when approaching POL. They become hormonal I assume.

'comb and wattle' - ducks waddle, chickens have wattles. She is a pullet for sure and about to lay as others have said.
