I think so! Because of it's curled tail feathers.

Curled feathers don't mean anything, especially in Easter Eggers. You can tell it's a cockerel because of the size of the comb, and the red wing bars coming in.

Totally agree, the red wing bars and the size of the comb say this is a cockerel.

Curled tail feathers mean nothing, Saddle feathers are present, but they're currently juvenile feathers and don't show gender. At around 12 weeks or so, during the adolescent molt, the male vs female saddle feathers will start coming in.

That and the larger comb made me think the same! I didn’t know about the red bars. Now I am just hoping he stays gentle!!
