Maybe you could give away the mean turkey and keep this guy? Not all roosters are mean and the turkey seems more dangerous.

The thing is that I could never part with my turkey. Even though he tries to kill me, he has a very special place in my heart, and he guards my flock from everything. He and his wife are the cutest. I’m planning to get them Tattooed on my back because I love them so much. And he doesn’t breed my hens bc he’s too slow and he only protects them. So I could never let him go. And yes, I’ll be very sad to give up this cockerel, I know that it’s what’s best for me.

Most people call me ridiculous but I’m Super super attached to my turkeys. I hatched a third one a few months ago so they have a daughter now
