Hen or roo ?

These are the 3 survivors out of 5 eggs I hatched out in the middle of December.
Two of them are obviously roos, but the smaller one in the middle (hatched 3 days later than the other 2) is the one I’m still hoping to be a hen. Am I wrong?
Their mom is RIR, dad is Phoenix
