Hen or Roo?

Can you help me figure out if Coco is a hen or a roo? Also ideas on what breed would be helpful! 8 1/2 weeks old.

Hi there! I'm from Ohio too! I am thinking CoCo is a rooster. I say that because, at such a young age, that's a sizeable comb forming. Also, looks like he has pretty thick legs.

Yeah, I figured roo too. Coco has always been the biggest of our 11 chicks. And now towers above the others.

Yep, those legs are super thick, always have been and that comb has been there from pretty much the beginning.

This is our first foray into the chicken world...but, I've always thought if Coco's not a Roo, I'll be surprised!
