pics arent that good (guessing camrea phone) to really see the feathers on s/he so if you can get a camrea and get pics that are clearer we might be able to guess more accurately

At that age I like to see the new feathers on the neck, saddle and back of wings to determine sex. Fro the little I see, i am going to say a young cockerel
