Oh man, at 12 weeks it could be a pullet. And it looks like a Golden Comet/Production Red (same thing). I have a few of them and they look very similar to this.

Here is my Production Red rooster at about 12-ish weeks (notice the brown girls in the background flashing their butts. If yours looks like those, I think I'm right.)
