Hen or Roo?

First time chicken owner here, already had to get rid of one Roo, hoping we don't have another! Here is our 16 week old Giant Cochin. She has had a major growth spurt, and is so poofy it is hard to tell if she is growing those saddle feathers or not. The reason I am posting is that I think I see some coming in. A few very shiny ones. And her comb and waddles have always been big. Words for the newbie here?

If those combs and waddles have been red for a long time, I'm going to say roo too. But it is hard to tell without sibling comparisons.

He/she is the only one we have (sadly!) So we have nothing to compare to. We chose 5 different breeds to mix things up in the backyard.
