Hen or Roo?

Well, I'm tentatively going to guess pullet. This is rather normal coloring for a female Easter Egger, and the comb doesn't look too red or too big. However, if you notice any darker or red feathers develop on the wings, she may actually be a male.

At 7 weeks and with that comb, I'd guess pullet.
