Cadbury is a true Ameraucana, is just over a year old, and was sexed as a pullet from Meyer Hatchery. However, s/he has never laid an egg and makes a lot of noise that sounds an awful lot like crowing. S/he has no spurs, occasionally sits for a short period of time in the nest boxes, and we have never seen her try to cover the other hens. We thought she was a hen but now I am really unsure. I tried to get a close-up of her comb and back feathers. Any opinions???
