Hen or Rooster? 13 weeks

This chick was born on 6/21.....Here is also a picture of its mama. She as a red comb too. Take another look, this picture was taken this morning.
Still definitely a cockerel.
Cowgirl71- I am new in the chicken world and I need help. So, my question is that I have had my chickens since April 5th and I still don't know which ones are boys or girls. Some have started to lay but I don't know which. Also, it has been about 5 months and I haven't heard any of them cock a doodle do. Does that mean they are all girls?
PM me some pics and I'd be happy to help. :) Nice clear profile pics are best.

Does it have feathers on it's legs? If yes, then that's a Black Cochin. Definitely a pullet. I doubt she's laying though, her comb hasn't gotten big and red yet.

The eggs do get bigger as the hens get older. Within a month of laying they'll be noticeably bigger. Most full-size breeds start laying "Medium" size eggs (or smaller) at first, and quickly get up to "Large" or even "X-Large." Older hens of the best laying breeds are often laying "Jumbo" or bigger by 2-3 years old.

Well Craig,
I think you are right. The white Orpington (what I now think is a hen) has started clucking!!!!
