Welcome! You can try a no crow collar. Or limit his access to light. If the coop is dark, I don't believe they crow until they spot some light....OK, a minimal amount of light......But maybe you can keep him quiet overnight until he is let out in the morning.
And this is my opinion only, I think a single rooster crows less than when you have multiple roosters. Then they can have a crow fest together.

He is a Black Cochin bantam cockerel Also cockerels need to fully extend their neck to crow, so you could put him in a coop with a low roost a night and early morning to prevent crowing.

The only way I know of that's really effective in limiting a rooster's crowing is to use a no-crow rooster collar, and even then BYC members have had mixed results with them. You can read a thread on the cons of the no-crow collars at https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/967331/no-crow-rooster-collar.
