Yes, streamers always mean its a roo.

That's weird, I've got a black silkie pullet that has a couple streamers, but it's defiantly a pullet. I better take a better look tomorrow

See that is what I read some where that streamers meant a roo for sure. Now im guessing. I thought roo-gonna have to go with roo until it lays an egg or is sold.
