hen or rooster?! help!

is this white chicken a rooster or a hen?! all 4 of my chickens are about 3-4 months old!

They all look like pullets. The white one is a Leghorn. They mature a bit faster than some breeds. It's normal for the comb to start to turn red at about 14 weeks.

Those are all pullets!

Compared to other breeds, Leghorn pullets mature very quickly, and also get very large combs. Don't worry, she's a pullet! There's a good chance you'll get a white egg by the end of the month.
