Hen or rooster?

I bought a dozen pullet chicks and raised them, they are now 5 months old. One of them is supposed to be an EE pullet but it is starting to crow and it's acting like it's trying to breed my mature hens. Any ideas on the sex or the breed?

Definitely a cockerel, and he might be an EE.

If he's crowing and breeding your other hens then he's definitely a cockerel. EE's have many color variations so he could be one.
