Hen or Rooster

I have a true black Ameruacana that I thought was a he but recently she/he has grown long tail feathers. Doesn't crow at all, not aggressive with others or people. 15 weeks old. Don't know if these pics help.

By the looks of the tail... My guess would be rooster. I think it is one of those situations in may take a bit longer to grow if it is in fact male.

He is really handsome! Nice bird. Glad he isn't aggressive towards you.
