View attachment 1298180 Yep here is a better look, I’m thinking a rooster that really wanted to be a hen! It’s that curly tail feather that gives him away. Why doesn’t he have saddle and sickles?

Hmm now looking at that picture myself I believe that to be the hen in the first photo not the one in question which is this one

He was a slow developing rooster! Thanks to all that were watching with interest. Cripes now I’m not so sure the 4 out of 6 chicks I’ve tagged as pullets will actually turn out to be pullets. I’ll post a staggered set of posts from day old to now 5 weeks for anyone interested to guess and follow through to maturity.
