Hen or rooster?

We have a 2 three week old barred rocks. I am curious if they’re both females like we were told. They have different markings, are we able to tell st this age? The first two photos are the same chick and the second two are the same. Thanks!

They are young yet but they look like pullets for now.

Thanks! That’s kinda what I was leaning towards, but with their different and quite distinct markings I wasn’t sure if we had one of each!
