Hen or rooster?

Hi,
New to having backyard chickens...got these chicks at the end of September and heard a potential "cockadoodledoo" yesterday afternoon as I approached the coop. Is this a rooster or hen?
None have began laying yet either. Thanks!!!

100% that’s a cockerel.
He has visable saddle, hackle and sickle feathers.

Roosters have very visible long tail feathers called sickles, and ling saddle feathers, and pointed hackle feathers
He is definitely a cockerel

Unfortunately, I have concluded we have 3 of 7 roosters...so 2 will have to go. As of now, he will stay since he is not acting as aggressive as the other 2.
