hen or rooster?

My family has been debating whether our Golden Laced Wyandotte, Peep, is a hen or rooster. Peep is about 11 weeks old. She (or he!) is very bold and get angry when her roomie, Delilah, leaves her side. I personally think Peep is a pullet, but I'm open to other options!
