Hen or Rooster

I recently purchased an Australoap as a day old chick. I believe she is a he. Problem is I can't have roosters in the city. Any advice is much appreciated. She is 9 weeks old and has been crowing for 3 weeks now. I do not see any spurs

Well, the ceiling likely means cockerel, and that comb and those wattles seem awfully developed...

I am in a similar situation. I think I have 2 cockerels in my newest chicks. No way I can keep both, but I love them so much...

That's a cockerel.. spurs are still a ways off for development at this age

Having a hard time relocating her (him)!!! Currently, still working on it. Daughter & Granddaughter (me too, for that matter) are quite upset about having to find a new home. I need to get them outside, but don't want to separate him and leave him alone in the garage.
