Hen or rooster?

I’m pretty sure it’s a roo but not 100% and regardless trying to figure out if it’s a RR? About 4 months old.

Well I do believe I can see saddle feathers potentially, but primarily I just see poultry netting. You may need to take some better photographs. Preferably ones where the focus is on the chicken

Yes photos are not clear enough but it does appear to be a cockerel. Not certain about breed though.

Those are bright red waddles and comb for 4 months. That is a cockerel!!!

Definitely a cockerel, I'm not completely convinced of the breed though. Possibly RIR....
Can you try to get clearer pictures?

Definitely wish I had better pics but lot taller and lankier than the rest. Super timid actually get picked on by the girls.
