Thank you very much Frazzemrat1. That graphic and text was exactly the kind of thing I was looking for. Without it, I could see the subtle differences but without the knowledge I really couldn't be sure. Now I know.

Thanks for making the time to post the info; hopefully other folks like me will find it in the future.

Just keep in mind that these characteristics don't appear on a growing chicken until they're around 12 weeks... and some cockerels don't show their male saddle feathers until later.
