Hen or rooster?

This is Phenix. He/she is almost 11 weeks old. Americana pullet according to tractor supply. I am worried she is a rooster. She bullies the other chickens and crows in the morning some times.

The spiky neck feathers, the way they fluff out like that says cockerel, the crowing confirms it.
Neck feathers doesn’t matter much. But saddle feathers are the big tell. Plus the bright colors.
Also, BTW, that’s not an ‘Americana’. Americana is a name they made up for Easter Eggers to make them sound like the real thing, Ameraucanas.
