Hen or Rooster???

A 5 month old Wyandotte rooster would be very obvious, and colored much differently than your pullet.

Definitely a cockerel. Pointed feathers don't lie. Is he a bantam? Very cute

It is a hen. I'm not sure what everyone else is seeing.

I don't see the male specific saddle feathers that everyone else is seeing. Coloration also says 'pullet'. Can you post a profile shot of the bird ?

Pullet. I had GLW pullets and they always develop quickly. Combs, wattles and all!

My bantams crowed at 8 weeks. I think this one is a pullet.

It is a hen. I'm not sure what everyone else is seeing. This is a 6 month old gold laced Wyandotte rooster.

oh wow...mine definitely looks nothing like that. When I got (her) the guy did do a double take and said not a 100% sure. I really hope a hen as if a cockerel It will have to go back Came from a lovely farm though so it will be fine.
