They are standing in the last picture, given it is a little blurry.

I know, but I need a clear picture of the tail as well as the head to tell the gender.

Would need to see tail? Legs are pretty thin for boy. Lots of hens have big combs. I would think crowing by now if boy. Does “she” have pointed neck feathers? Boys do.

Without knowing the age, my first thought is roo.
Age would be helpful. And a clear standing photo as HappyClucker suggested.
