Hen or rooster?

I have 4 chickens which I was sure they were hens until the combs started growing bigger on 2 of them so I’m not entirely sure about these 2 they’re almost 18 weeks old. I also haven’t heard any crowing.

The one with the bigger comb is a partridge Easter egger. The one with the slightly smaller comb is a Swedish flower hen their combs just look big so I’m confused they’re suppose to be hens but I’m not sure anymore
