Hen or rooster? :)

What do you think? About 14 weeks old. Sapphire gem, acts kinda rooster-ish (kinda fights with other chickens, probably the ring leader… But friendly to me) but this is my first flock so idk!

Comb, waddles, walking posture, and feet are saying Cockerel to me. But, I am no expert. As a matter of fact, I had to get others' opinions to be sure that mine was a Cockerel.

Cockerel. Even without the comb and wattles, you can see that he is a cockerel. Gems are sex-linked. Only cockerels will be barred.
