Hen or Rooster

With those feathered legs it is hard to tell how thick the legs are. Thick legs often is a clue it could be a boy. At 5-1/2 weeks that comb is still pale but the size indicates it could be a boy. It's upright posture also points to a boy. You notice how the others are kind of bent over.

These are all clues to what it "might be" not a definite "is" but I'd give it a 90% chance of being a boy. Sorry.
I had a female chick a few years ago that had thick legs (and she was late to feather out), everyone thought she was a he - turned out she wasn't. As for the posture, I took a lot of pics before I got that one and the others were more upright, too. So, I'm going to remain hopeful (and pray a little, lol)!! I already have a rooster (he's almost 2 years old). I appreciate your thoughts ... I'll let you know what she turns out to be!! :)
