Hen or Rooster?

I'm uncertain of this beautiful bird... it has a large comb in comparison to the other chickens that hatched at the same time, yellow legs, but the tail feathers aren't curling down as definitively as the others that I know are roosters. Help would be appreciated!

That’s a cockerel. Only males with have those dark red shoulder patches.
