Hen or Rooster

My hen is a Rhode Island Red. It crows in the morning and is being aggressive toward my other hens. Is the RIR a rooster or a hen?

It's rare that hens crow...I think you have a roo...but, I pic really would help to confirm. Can you discribe how she/he is being mean?

Absolutely need a pic for gender. It can happen for a hen to do it. I have a year old sebright hen that is penned near my BR roo and every morning they take turns crowing.
