Hen or Rooster?

Is this a hen or rooster? Also, does anyone know what type of comb this is? He is a glw about 13 wks old.

Hard to tell...there is a lot of red but the wattles dont look very big. Also I dont see much for hackles/tail feathers that would signal a roo. Most likely have to wait until it either crows or lays an egg.

Wyandottes have Rose combs. Yours looks to be girl.
