Hen or Roosterq

I’ve had this what I thought was a hen for over two years. Has never crowed but it sure looks like a rooster to me. Opinions??

Thank you for replying.. I’ve just really looked today and it’s comb is so much bigger than my other hens! Has me thinking hmmmm lol

It’s a white leghorn hen, white leghorns are like that. At two years it would have crowed, it would have pointy hackles, sickle feathers and saddle feathers. It would also have spurs and would be mating hens.
