Hen passed a bloody mass

Help please! Does anyone have any idea what my girl just passed? It looks like a bloody mass with intestine in it. All my girls seem to be acting normal and Im not sure wich one did it. Its really quite gross looking.

Could it be a shed intestinal lining. If you're not sure, search this forum for it and you'll see lots of pics.
