Wood ash works great for reducing leg and feather mites. Just leave it when they can dust or sift it and put it in a shaker and apply it liberally.
I would begin by looking them over starting with the worst one by giving her a bath them and rubbing some vit e or olive oil onto her legs comb and waddles. You can do one or two a day using fleas shampoo for dogs, If they are hard to handle try taking then off the roost. Best to have everything you might need on hand before you begin. BTW, chickens generally love being bathed and even blow dried.
I would improve their diet by 1. feeding grower (increased protein) 2. adding buttermilk (probiotic), 3. adding pumpkin and cyanne peper flakes (will not treat worms but will repel them and reduce overall load)
