Hen prolapse or an attack??

I went to check on my hens tonight and immediately noticed organs hanging out of one of them. It’s either an extreme case of prolapse (I hadn’t noticed any beginning signs of prolapse). The organs appear to be coming out of the abdomen and not the vent.

It's hard to tell, if it's a prolapse with the feathers in the way.
I would immediately cull this bird though. Not gonna be fixable.
